Created during the Hugenottenhaus Residency, RB, 2024 explores memory through merging real-world objects and artefacts drawn from virtual worlds. Using video game textures to recreate a hanging picture, it reflects how memory fades, leaving behind only fragments and distortions. What begins as a decorative detail in a digital space becomes a meditation on how we reconstruct and frame the past, both digitally and emotionally.
