BEDRIDDEN, 2025
Plaster, cardboard and wood
180 x 140 x 198cm

Bedridden was constructed using materials found within the Hugenottenhaus; a discarded TV box forms the mattress, an expired bag of plaster binds the structure, and remnants of cardboard boxes collected from the attic and cellar shape its surface. Made both from and about the house, the work becomes an extension of the building’s own body, mirroring its cycles of use, abandonment, and quiet adaptation over time.
